Where is my data stored?

By default, your training data is stored locally on your device. We don’t run our own backend servers for your personal training history.

Motion & Fitness isn’t working—what should I check?

Go to iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Motion & Fitness and make sure access is enabled for JabRank.

How do I delete my data?

You can remove all locally stored data by deleting the app. Backup and sync behavior may vary depending on your Apple device settings.

Refunds

If you purchased a subscription through Apple, refunds are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through your Apple account purchase history.
