HitRank provides fitness and training tracking tools. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for your own health and safety when performing physical activities; consult a healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program.
3. Account & Data
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You grant us permission to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
4. Intellectual Property
HitRank and its content, logos, and features are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
HitRank is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. We do not guarantee fitness results or accuracy of metrics.
